Coconut flakes in coconut sweet cream

Coconut milk and cream are widely used in South Asian cooking. In developing this ice cream, we focused on highlighting that natural and refreshing taste. We balanced coconut with rich sweet cream to add depth.

Our bold coconut ice cream uses all-natural, real coconuts to achieve a strong and tropical flavor. We accentuate that flavor even more by cooking coconut flakes into the base.
