As a child, our founder always studied for exams while snacking on almonds, because his family always said almonds were beneficial for memory. Plus, almonds are a key ingredient in many desserts dear to his heart, like kheer (rice pudding) and burfi (fudge). Almond is also a traditional flavor of kulfi.

Our Almond Blossom ice cream is made with all real California almonds. We do not use any extract or flavoring to achieve the almond profile—only ground and steeped almonds. A touch of orange blossom elevates our almond base with a bright, sunny finish. Combining earthy, toasty almond and citrusy orange blossom adds a unique twist on traditional kulfi. Our Almond Blossom ice cream makes us think of pastries and springtime.

I tried the almond blossom and it was delicious. You can tell that the ice cream was made with quality ingredients. It is soft, creamy and decadent. I can taste the almond flavor and there's a very slight hint of orange. The flavors works well together.

I love ice cream especially the very rich and creamy variety. I was very pleased to try the Kulfi Almond Blossom ice cream. The almond flavor was very subtle but clearly Almond. The consistency of the cream was especially smooth. A true indulgence.
