Almond Blossom

As a child, our founder always studied for exams while snacking on almonds, because his family always said almonds were beneficial for memory. Plus, almonds are a key ingredient in many desserts dear to his heart, like kheer (rice pudding) and burfi (fudge). Almond is also a traditional flavor of kulfi.

Our Almond Blossom ice cream is made with all real California almonds. We do not use any extract or flavoring to achieve the almond profile—only ground and steeped almonds. A touch of orange blossom elevates our almond base with a bright, sunny finish. Combining earthy, toasty almond and citrusy orange blossom adds a unique twist on traditional kulfi. Our Almond Blossom ice cream makes us think of pastries and springtime.

Ingredients: milk, cream, organic cane sugar, skim milk powder, almonds, orange blossom water, guar gum, locust bean gum.
