Earl Grey

We love indulging in a strong cup of Earl Grey in the afternoon. The rich black tea, warm bergamot, and bright citrus in this ice cream recreate those special leisurely moments.

We use a special blend of black tea leaves, bergamot oil, and cornflower petals to build our signature Earl Grey flavor. Our tea ice creams, including Earl Grey and Cardamom Chai, are made using a proprietary steeping method that delivers a perfectly heated, perfectly timed tea. We top off this luxurious flavor with a hit of bright, citrusy, floral orange blossoms. Orange blossom is the perfect compliment to the very creamy and dense Earl Grey, and it draws out the bergamot notes.
