What is Kulfi?

Kulfi is a dense, creamy frozen dessert with a rich history and unique flavor profile. The word itself comes from the Persian "qulfi" meaning "covered cup." Today, kulfi is a beloved part of the national cuisines of India, Pakistan, and Trinidad and Tobago, enjoyed across South Asia and beyond.

Kulfi is about patience

Kulfi is made by slowly simmering full-fat milk until it thickens and reduces, creating a richer, denser texture - denser and creamier than regular ice cream! Kulfi melts slower and has a more intense flavor and we are sure it will be your new favorite dessert!
