About Kulfi

What is Kulfi?

Kulfi is a dense, creamy frozen dessert with a rich history and unique flavor profile. The word itself comes from the Persian "qulfi" meaning "covered cup." Today, kulfi is a beloved part of the national cuisines of India, Pakistan, and Trinidad and Tobago, enjoyed across South Asia and beyond.

Kulfi is about patience

Kulfi is made by slowly simmering full-fat milk until it thickens and reduces, creating a richer, denser texture - denser and creamier than regular ice cream! Kulfi melts slower and has a more intense flavor and we are sure it will be your new favorite dessert!

We combine the freshest milk from local farms with superior ingredients, each carefully crafted to bring out the best in every flavor. From beloved Alphonso mangos to the highest quality Persian saffron, we’ve perfected the art of creating sumptuous flavors without shortcuts or additives.
